H4K20me3, lot A2730P ChIP-seq profile, chromosome 19 genomic region
ChIP-seq was performed with the antibody against H4K20me3 and the IP'd DNA was analysed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer. The 36 bp tags were aligned to the human genome (hg18) using the ELAND algorithm. The figure shows the H4K20me3 signal distribution along the long arm of chromosome 19 and a zoomin to an enriched region containing several ZNF repeat genes.
