H3K9/14ac, lot A1756D ChIP-seq profile, EIF4A2 positive control
ChIP-seq was performed with the antibody against H3K9/14ac and the IP'd DNA was analysed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer. The 36 bp tags were aligned to the human genome (hg18) using the ELAND algorithm. The figure shows the H3K9/14ac signal distribution in a genomic region surrounding the EIF4A2 positive control gene. The position of the amplicon used for ChIP-qPCR is indicated by an arrow.
