H3K4me3, lot A5051-001P ChIP-seq profile, EIF4A2 positive control
ChIP-seq was performed with the antibody against H3K4me3 and the IP'd DNA was analysed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer. The 36 bp tags were aligned to the human genome (hg18) using the ELAND algorithm. The figure shows the H3K4me3 signal in a region of chromosome 3 surrounding the EIF4A2 positive control.
