H3K4me1, lot A1863-001P ChIP-seq profile, GAS2L1 positive control
ChIP-seq was performed with the antibody against H3K4me1 and the IP'd DNA was analysed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer. The 36 bp tags were aligned to the human genome (hg18) using the ELAND algorithm. The figure shows the H3K4me1 signal in a region of chromosome 22 surrounding the GAS2L1 positive control.
